Sz\u00e1rmaz\u00e1som r\u00e9v\u00e9n mindig is foglalkoztatott, hogy valamit \u00e1t tudjak adni itthon a gh\u00e1nai kult\u00far\u00e1b\u00f3l, illetve egy saj\u00e1t term\u00e9k, m\u00e1rka, v\u00e1llalkoz\u00e1s gondolata mindig is \u00e9rdekelt. A shito sz\u00e1momra egy teljesen alapvet\u0151 \u00e9tel volt, amit otthon rendszeresen fogyasztottunk. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A p\u00e1rom \u00e9s bar\u00e1taink shito im\u00e1data vezetett r\u00e1, hogy ezzel \u00e9rdemes lenne foglalkozni \u00e9s a shitot sz\u00e9lesebb k\u00f6rben megismertetni, elterjeszteni. Nem szerettem volna, ha a shito &#8220;csak&#8221; egy gh\u00e1nai k\u00fcl\u00f6nlegess\u00e9g lenne Magyarorsz\u00e1gon. Ez\u00e9rt a koncepci\u00f3 az lett, hogy magyar term\u0151f\u00f6ld\u00f6n, \u00e1ltalunk megtermelt v\u00f6r\u00f6shagyma, fokhagyma adja az alapj\u00e1t \u00e9s a shito kistermel\u0151i k\u00e9sz\u00edtm\u00e9nyk\u00e9nt ker\u00fclt a fogyaszt\u00f3k asztal\u00e1ra. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aki el\u0151sz\u00f6r megk\u00f3stolja, hamar a &#8220;f\u00fcgg\u0151je&#8221; lesz, mert a shito nem csak cs\u00edp, hanem gazdag \u00edzvil\u00e1ga meg\u00edzes\u00edt b\u00e1rmilyen \u00e9telt.
